• TURN OFF YOUR VPN (or use a private computer). You could also ask your internal IT department to add the following domains to the allowlist: meetyoo.live, meetyoo.de, meetyoo.com
• If you experience any buffering issues, please check your internet connection/ bandwidth. Our system will automatically adjust videos based on your speed, but streaming HD video does require ample bandwidth.
• Check your browser settings for audio & video are working for the best chat experience (test in advance).
• The Conference functions best on a computer or laptop as opposed to mobile devices.
• We HIGHLY recommend you access the conference using the GOOGLE CHROME BROWSER. Other browsers can experience glitches.
